What a wonderful Christmas experience! the hotel had superb facilities for my stay, including a great design and cozy ambience. the staff were friendly and welcoming, anticipating my needs and exceeding my expectations. the location was perfect with easy access to several top attractions, and the air conditioning was just perfect for the hot weather.
There were some minor problems that detracted slightly from my overall experience. I found it difficult to request a taxi through their service, which led to me using an outside app.

The hotel has a cozy and modern interior with a serene atmosphere. the staff were attentive and friendly, providing personalized touches that exceed expectations. the breakfast served by the koi fish pond was a delight, with a good selection of tasty options. Air conditioning and showers in the rooms were great amenities.
The noise from the hallways was quite disturbing, even with earplugs at times.

My stay in this hotel was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly from the moment I arrived, offering me a hot cup of tea at check-in and playing my favorite artist in the lobby. Besides, the hotel facilities were impressive, especially the air conditioning, which worked perfectly and made my room super comfortable. In addition, the location was terrific, providing a quiet and serene environment to stay and work without disturbance. Lastly, the breakfast offered was impressive, and the staff anticipated my needs and was always prepared to offer the best possible service.
Cannot find any fault.

The shower room was fantastic and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was great considering the heat outside. The location of the hotel was also a plus, with many attractions and restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed the spacious rooms, they were perfect for us and we felt right at home during our stay.
There were a few things we didn't like about our experience. The noise levels from the hallways were really high, and we could hear everything going on outside the room.
